Can I upgrade or downgrade my package if I am not happy with the speed?
Yes, you can adjust your mbps line speed by giving us a call or sending an email to adjust the package to your exact needs. It might be that there are too many walls between router and connection or the amount of devices is using the bandwidth. This is an easy fix with just a click of a button.
Do you supply the satellite antenna and routher?
Yes, we do a signal strength test assesment and then install a top of the range satellite antenna, after wich we set up and connect a router modem for your perusal.
Can I apply online?
We do not offer online registrations and payment gateway yet, but be sure to check back in a while as we are actively working on this.
